Welp, we are almost off. The last two days have been hectic getting all our laundry washed, folded and packed, the house cleaned (first time ever before leaving on a trip!), and my pregnant friend Heather coming over for a family photo shoot. It's been crazy, but now that the dust has settled, our bags are packed, our house is clean and we will be driving to our friends place for the night...we will be in Vancouver by tomorrow morning!

A pleasant surprise came for me in the mail this morning...my new digital SLR camera! I'm so excited to use it, yet have no idea how :) The camera came just in time for our trip. I like it when things work out like that.
